Rumour has it that Warner Bros. pushed back the release of Half-Blood Prince because of Daniel Radcliffe's appearances in Equus on Broadway. Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is moving from its planned Nov. 21 release to July 17, 2009. The move was made to take advantage of an open weekend in Hollywood's busy summer season, said Alan Horn, Warner Bros. CEO, on Thursday. Brazilian website O Mundo de Harry Potter reports that, contrary to other reports, according to representatives of IMAX, a 15 second teaser-trailer for the next Harry Potter film, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, will be presented before The Dark Knight when it premieres next Friday, July 18, but only at IMAX theaters.
